Merlaine has just spotted Tom Coble and is waving, as Debbie Clour Sexton and Kathy Wood Morrison watch. And
now you get a better view of Polly Gunn and Betty Livingston Nelson talking. Janet Martin Slaughter is
more visible in this shot as well.
With the shifting crowds you can now see who the Purple Women (Cheryl Ormsby Ramsey, Cindy Lewis Paul,
and Jeannie Willingham) are talking to Debbie Wallace Merlyn.
Behind Cheryl is Sandy McGuire Alexander with her back turned to the camera still, Stan Key and Harold Cypert
to Sandra's left.
Steve Shraeder has come down the steps a bit since the previous shot, but Mike Allen is still busy at the
top of the stairs. Bill Moore, Hamp McCool and Tom (Glenn) Elmore are still talking. Brad Hallet, Terry
Marris, Glenn Armstrong, Kay Vaughn Jackson and Kit Riley are still at the top of the stairs too. Part
way down and in the center of the stairs Steve Maxwell and Roger Hoke are talking.
If you bring your eyes down the stairs and to your left you'll see Mike Trail observing the crowd, with David Adkins
and Chan Brewster to his left, and Mike Bradley, Ron Downing, Steve Nance, & Tom Coble (walking away) to his right.
At the right edge of the photo is Dawn Newton Vaughn, Paul Medcalf with a camera to his face, Sherryi Miller,
Brenda Dawkins Roberts, and Jana Mock Jackson talking with Darla Marr Bryant.
